Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund to the original payment method. After this period, fees are nonrefundable due to the time and resources reserved. Clients may request to reschedule within 30 days at no extra charge.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital guides and templates delivered electronically are nonrefundable once accessed or downloaded. This policy protects our intellectual work and ensures sustained quality.

5.3 Goods

Physical materials, such as printed guides, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
